[SOLVED] Get Line Not Working

Hello Guys,

this is a sample template where get line is not working 100% of the times. I've tried to bind to a file and other similar but it's not working

Here the error I receive: 76c1bb96-597c-42b7-9538-256cf66f0b99 Message: Index out of range. Required value is not negative and less than the size of the set.
Parameter name: index [Translated in auto from Italian]

This error occur when your data/lists doesn't have lines anymore.

I know, but how you can see from my template it happens only when the same template simultaneously create the file and write into it....when the file has already data in it, this does not happen

Template cannot be run without additional files.

It requires only a file called query.txt with some keywords, the other files will be created by the templete thanks

Try to use lists with settings (save changes to file) for automatically syncing and saving data instead of manual saving data to files with standalone action.

Ok, but this list needs to be created and deleted because the nature of its data (serps results).

It's a way i use to try to bypass this error, in other templates where the get lines does not work (after get dom of a page and put into a list) I found that creating an empty file before get line bypass this error...but it not always work

I have almost the same problem if I understood correctly.

Anyway First I delete the file (e.g. file1) -> then copy another file (file2) and name it - file1 -> then trying to get line from list(using file1) - and get Index was outside the bounds of the array. - In this moment I have correct file1.txt with lines in it/correct encoding/etc.

You have to use bind to file action here before you take line from new file.
Delete file - Create new one - Bind it to list - Operation with list.

Did you try this^ ? I tried and get the same error..

I`ll reboot the machine and try again..

Maybe forgot to save the last version of template and the old one was archived.

As i can see there s no bind to file action on your screen.

To whom getting the same error try to clear path to file in list
