What's the point of v7 ?

Hey, can you explain why not update v5 but create new v7 ? Ignoring marketing.

Also, new functionality - Google tables, Xpath, new Schedule and so on.

You probably not like 7, but 7 have option for interface similar as 5, but all is faster, you can arrange sidebars and projects, not exist any reason to not like 7 because it can be same as 5 but faster .

I had no chance to try it yet, from screenshots it looks like the same software with different UI and i am just curious beacuse developing 2 versions at the same time may be bad for customers. And kinda confusing.

Version 7 is new , but implementing new update on old design version can be only plus, additional plus, what is confusing in that, they can stop update old design it will be better ? Sentence "Maybe creating new public poll would be a good idea next time. " sounds that you not happy , but you and not try 7

I never said i am not happy Just curious about the roadmap and the future of v5 and v7

version 7 have option " interface from 5" if you choice it you will get same app like 5 but 3x times faster, but version 5 is still updating because 7 is beta still, maybe it will be more continues, but you have new good version, and you can use it or not , i do not know why someone needs to ask you about it , some internal wish or some specific update you can ask in subforum .

7 is great, but it still has some things to improve. i had 7 beta, 7 stand alone, and the sites that i work on somehow know i'm a bot, i was forced to roll back to 5.4 and everything come back to normal. but yeah 7 it's much faster and hopefully better. Still waiting for the final version, maybe they will fix whatever detection it hits.
