Error on large file uploads

i am getting an error whenever i try uploading large video files. uploads are ok when i do it manually. upload process stops approximately after 3 minutes when i am using the template i made. problem is the files i am trying to upload takes more than that. file sizes are at 100mb+ so it will take more than 3 mins to upload. when trying it on debug mode, it seems it will wait to finish uploading before it goes to next step but will timeout after 3 mins. thank in advance for any help on this. again, uploads are fine when i do it outside zennoposter.
