What kind of hardware is ideal to run many threads with ZP?

I'm thinking of building a new system to run many threads with ZP and chromium.
Currently I have two questions:

1. CPU - Is it better to have higher clock speeds or more cores/threads?
2. Does a GPU bring an advantage? I saw ZP has an option for it, but does it actually make a difference and speed things up / take some computation from the CPU? What kind of graphics card would be recommended?

1. The best choice is multi-core CPU from Intel.
2. GPU from nvidia card can be used to draw animation on websites.
3. Also, recommend to use SSD hard drive.

Should I use intel i9 13900k or some AMD CPU with 32 cores?
What does animation mean for the GPU? Rendering the site or videos?
I am using mostly Instagram. Would a GPU be beneficial?

Already recommended Intel CPU.
Animation on websites - flash, gifs, banners, ads, etc.

I would recommend Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016-2019..
