and in postdata use variable <Captcha> instead of <SOLUTION>...right?

This is required format by 2captcha i see. http://127.0.0.3/ is address we are running it on but this request should be sent in form of http request and we dont have to use built-in recap v3 block in openbullet? can you share a screenshot?
