Layout gets messed up when closing PM while using 4k monitor (3840 × 2160) Basically I have to resize windows after EACH restart of PM. It does not remember exact positions for each window.

Only explanation is you have double accounts in file. If this is not very important to take one line after another then take random line with deletion. One thread at a time can get one and that same line only.
