    Still not working The log shows the following line when the error occurs 20:43:17: 150340: Error : Error when creating a file of hardware:No hardware file received

    User area can be opened through the browser from the machine. Disabling the firewall did not help either and the current framework is 3.5.1 Thanks

    Problem installing Zenno on Win 2008 Server

    Hey, when I try to install Zenno on my VPS I cannot obtain the licence as there is an error when getting information about my hardware. Any ideas what I could do to solve this? Thanks
