okay i merged the two templates and got it working now BUT: the button still does not show up. Also the link "no thanks, give me free blog" does not show up. So i go through all the steps, click the link "create blog". This link does not work and get me back to the site. the give me free link...

i would go with klicking the continue button... or go to login page and login with the data you registered. waht do you want to find there? if you want to use the accounts i think you need to make custom templates...
