I think it is proxy issue. I thought my proxy provider was HQ too but they weren't good enough. They were too slow & the page would frequently time-out causing the blank page. I disable proxy and it works 100%. Try new proxy supplier.

I had similar issue. PM was sometimes loading a white page. ZP was always loading a white page. Does the issue go away when you disable proxy?

I can't solve google recaptcha (grid) at all with ZP (5.10.4.1). Image grid says "Try again" every time I solve. I solve 6+ consecutive times it always says "try again". Audio download says "IP banned" I can solve fine using the same IP on my normal browser (not ZP) Audio download works fine...

issue was FFinstance hanged at 800mb ram. killed it and the threads started. zp settings max ram set to 450mb. i'm assuming it's because i'm using old version which has issues. hope this helps someone having same issue.
