Is time for refund exactly in same time, example if i buy zennobox in 17:00h, after 30 days in same time in 17:00h run out time for refund ? In 16:59h i can make refund ?

I now set up paypal IPN,and after success, system automatic buy zennobox, and for free trial 30 day, i can be in problem, if example 50 users take free trial, and paypal send me cancel via IPN, in 17:00:10 h

To get a refind, user should take into account that it may take some time to process request on PayPal side, etc,, i.e moneyback period may already expire if they initiate a refund at 16:59.
