Add text from a file to a web form

I need to add a line of text to a web form.. how can I do that?

After line is taken it's stored in variable which you can use wherever you want in your project.

yeh id like to know too! i want to paste a few lines of text into a wordpress page.
eg save text to a variable then upload & paste into a wordpress "contact us" page for example.

I have no idea how to do it & cant find anything on it. gone through all the videos.

You can use Files action and read/take text from file.
