Build User Interface

Hello,
i'm trialing of zennoposter, i'm following tutorial on youtube and it's been an awesome experience.

I would like to know if i could built an UI for my template to enter user name, password, or List of Categories ?

if yes, can the list of categories fills by the data that comes from a 'scrape' session ?
