Building a spin from a list?

Hello,
i'm looking on the best way to make a spin from a list and save it like this in a file.

{line1|line2|....|last line}

Any idea about the process?

Merge the list, then do a wordprocessing Replace=>{-String.Enter-} with '|' without the quote of course.
