Can i run ZP MP offline?

Can i run ZP MP offline? I want to learn by using my local website first as the target.
Whenever i check my taskmanager, i see "ResourceDownloader.exe" is running.
It seems i have to be online? :confused:

Yes, it has to be. ZennoPoster reads some data from server and authorization process also needs you being online.

Why not try it on blogger or wordpress? Create a free blogger blog and test it out.
