Captcha solving problem after a failed attempt

*hotmail template
*using DBC or manually, same result
*this always happens if first attempt is failed
*happens in ZP & PM

*1st attempt fails
*2nd attempt new image. get same result as first image.
*3rd attempt new image get result from 2nd image.
*4th attempt new image get Captcha result from 3rd image.
*repeats and never gets solved
*recognition result is always from the previous image.

Appears to keep entering the variable "RecognitionResult0" over and over at times, and the results of RecognitionResult0 dont change.

Any suggestions? Thank you.
