Comparing 2 List Files

I need help figuring out how to compare text files. For example I want to compare the lines of list1 to list2, if some texts in list1 are not available in list2 then ZP would add them to list2. How do I go about creating this in PM? I'm kind of stuck...

Merge lines of List2 - put result to variable.
Word processing - regex ; and parse merged data with line from list1
