configure deathbycaptcha

Hi guys:

I made my first bot and it works ok, but i reaaly do not have idea on how to configure death by captcha.

I already buy my credits and have my user and password, but i do not know how to configure the captcha recognition module, i only can choose "deathbycaptcha" but i do not know where to put user and pass.

Also i need case sensitive for this bot.
