Content policy repeated blocks

When you right click on Traffic window and want to add domain to blacklist

First time it ads action Content policy to project. But second time when you do same, it ads second action with two domains in it. Third time it ads action again.

When 3 domains is added it looks like this:

Inside first action:

Inside second action:

Inside third action:

All blocked domains should be added in just one action. Like add action itself at first time, but second time there is no need for action, just list of domains should be updated in same action.

It's not actually a bug. This shows how you work with content policy on different project steps. You may vary it during project.
