Control template A from template B

Is it possible to manipulate ( start/top / add execution times) between templates?

For example template A is counting ducks every hour, and I need to start template B X (ducks count) times
and start it.

I think i have been reading it on the forum somewhere, but probably it was russian part, can someone help? : )
