Faild to load Canvas

Customer is asking why it's failing. I do not know what to answer?

Canvas Superemulation is beta feature and its work depends on several factors, such as website, browser profile settings, etc.
It is recommended to warm up canvas on a website, executing a project several dozen times.
Also, Chrome desktop for Windows platform profile with up-to-date user-agents is recommended for successful canvas emulation.
