hi , why cant open the zp7

hi, i bought zp7 and install it success(the latest version ) , but i cant open the ProjectMaker V7 EN 7.1.6.1, it show "error creating projectmaker main window" what happen?
please help!!!

If not
Try to install or update Net.framework - https://www.microsoft.com/ru-RU/download/details.aspx?id=56116
If not - try to start with Admin Rules

Last variant run Diagnostic.exe
C:\Program Files\ZennoLab\RU\ZennoPoster Pro\7.1.6.1\Progs\Diagnostic.exe
and send this diagnostic logs to [email protected]
