How can i make an entire Block Optional?

Hey,
I have a block with 10 actions. I want to make all actions "Optional", is there an easy+fast way or i have to make it one by one?

I'd recommend you to use an IF statement and proceed trough the block depending on the result, you could also add an alert to aware you if it excluded those actions or not.
