How to extract data from csv file?

Hey everyone, I have a csv file, including first name, last name, email, and password.

I can extract these datas from a txt file (csv file transform) in the ZP 3.0 and fill every data to my template. But I don't know how to do that in ZP MP 4.0.

I am a newbie, and I feel so grateful for everyone who has helped me!:p
