How to Limit Login Macro Length?

So I ran into a site that limits it's username login to less than 16 characters. How do I limit the number to 15? Also if you can let me know where I change it cuz I'm not sure.

Do I change this [Eng|4][RndNum|1970|1990] in the macro selection? and if so can you give an example of what it would look like that would help a lot?

In the login macros {-Person.HumanLogin-|-[Eng|4][RndNum|1970|1990]-} you should change this part, as you have already told.
This part [Eng|4] means that login is English and contains of 4 syllables. To make it shorter you can change 4 on 3 or 2. Also you can change second part which gives you 4 additional characters to login:
[RndNum|1970|1990] to [RndNum|19|50] - like age in the end of login
