How to make ZP post punctuation?

The awkward moment when you�re waiting for a text but then you realize you�re the one who didn�t reply.

Sure this one is easy but I don't see how to do it. I am posting random status posts as above and ZP is
not posting punctuation correctly, it's posting the character codes for some reason.

It's fine in the .txt file but not in the actual list view in the PM console I am pulling from.

Sure that is kinda a red flag, I'd like to avoid it doing that.
