How to Schedule Random Repeat?

Is there a way I could schedule a template to repeat after a random timeframe? Right now I can only make it run from x to x minutes but I would like to be able to repeat from 15 to 30 minutes so I would have for example a template running after 16, 29, 15, 21 and so on.

you can make repeat every minute, but inside template need using DateTme.Now and exit template if no godd for your logic
