How to Set/allocate limited bandwidth to the instance

Hello.
I have 5-7 projects running in zennoposter.
I need some to take high internet speed download/upload while some just very less.
Is there any way to bind internet speed so it will not take more then that.
one more question i have can i use same 1 cap monster with multiple or 2 zennoposters?

There is no special option for it in ZennoPoster. Only if you ,make it using some windows options or by means of programming.
