thanks for help HB it solve the captcha but the problem is the answer have to be a word like 2+3= five
do you have a idea to solve this problem?

You can create text file with list of numbers written by letters.
I mean

one
two
three
....

And then take line from text file with list processing.
For line's number you can use sum that you get with HB template.
