Installed product is not purchased

Hello. I have just installed Windows 10 on my pc.
I logged-in to my zennolab account, the downloaded and tried to install zennoposter but i keep getting this error msg: "Installed product is not purchased".
I have already reboot the pc, and try to install it 3 times.
I also delete the hardware record.
I don't know what else to do...

Can you help me?
