Is it possible to convert zenno template to C# format. To reduce the memory usage and to increase the speed in posting in multi thread

There's no option for this.
When CodeCreator will be released you will be able to create templates in C# from the start.

You can only create c# action now in your project, but I don't believe it will help with memory use. It is more about project logic.
