Is This Possible with ZennoPoster?

I use a third party email autoresponder service (Aweber). In order to reduce my spam complaint % I want to add 2,000 generated emails to my lists via the web form each day.

I'm purchasing the yahoo/hotmail addresses from Fiverr.com

But now I need to enter them into my own web form with unique IPs or spoofed IPs.

Question: Is this possible with ZennoPoster? Can ZennoPoster spoof IP addresses.
