multiselect - how to set option by content

Hi,

I have a multiselect on a website with options like:

First option
Second good option
Third other option

I don'n want to set value to 0 or 1 to change it. I need to change by text so "Second good option". I tried to use value, option, selected atributes but no luck. How can I do this ?
