Need help with creating multiple duplicate image of same image

Hi ,
I am looking for libraries codes for specific workscope of creating duplicate images which are copies from 1 image and all are unique.

One way i am working is using filter to add a mask of PNG image and make them unique.

I would also like to change exif data and other details to mimic photo has been clicked from android or iphone.

Any feedback and suggestions , directions to libraries on google would be much appreciated.
