Newbie needs help please. XML file

Hey All, I was very hesitant to get this but jumped on board to get my hands dirty.,

My question is, I downloaded a youtube views xml and I was wanting to take a look at the structure of it. How do I load a XML file into the program?

Or better yet, what is the xml file used for?

XML templates are for version 3. If you want to use it in MP then when you go to open it, hit the down arrow on the popup and choose v3 template and it will convert it.

Thank you very much. Now I am going to try and learn hot to make either yahoo or hotmail accounts. Havent been able to find a tutorial yet though. Im still going through the basics from the youtube channel.
