no proxies alive but

hi i just bought private proxies from here : fineproxy.org because they are recommended here in advertising section and after getting the list and import them to zennoposter none of them is alive !
no green light for them and i use zennoposter on a server that has win server 2003, i even disabled firewall but again no result
what's is wrong here ?

ZP even doesn't show public proxies that are ALIVE ! another sources show these proxies alive but zenno ?

What format do you use?
If the are proxies with username and password then you should use

username:password@ip:port

they are bound to my ip address so no need to use the format you are mentioning and as i said ZP also doesn't load public proxies that are alive ! they don't need authentication, do they ?
maybe the problem is at my end but i don't know where and why.
