ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE ASSETS

I own an established Music Marketing Agency. We act as the primary growth engine for a roster of 100+ Urban Artists and collaborate directly with Major Labels (Warner Music, Universal, Sony).
The Scale: We handle massive content distribution. We are not looking for "test runs" only; we have a backlog of paying clients ready to scale immediately.
The Budget: We have High-Ticket budgets. My clients pay premium rates for stability and results.
The Vision: Beyond Music, we are expanding this infrastructure to serve E-commerce Brands and Top-Tier Streamers (Twitch/YouTube).


THE MISSION: "Organic Saturation"

We are deploying a "Fanbase Army" strategy targeting Europe (France/UK/DE).
Goal: Flood TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts with high-quality content uploaded from unique devices to trigger the algorithms locally.
Constraint: Zero tolerance for shadowbans. The accounts must look human and local.


YOUR ROLE (The Tech Stack)

I bring the Business; you bring the Engineering. I need someone who masters ZennoDroid and Hardware Automation.

1. Hardware Infrastructure

You own or can assemble a cluster of 20-40+ Real Android Devices (Samsung S Series / Xiaomi, etc.). NO CLOUD / NO EMULATORS. We require physical hardware fingerprints.

1. Network and Geolocation Engineering (Critical)

We target Europe strictly. You must have a proven solution for the "Location Problem": Proxies cleanly. Spoofing MCC/MNC Data. Preventing DNS/WebRTC leaks.

1. Automation Logic

Development of ZennoDroid templates for human-like behavior (Warm-up, Scrolling, Uploading, Interaction).


THE DEAL AND PARTNERSHIP

I am looking for a long-term Technical Partner, not just a gig worker.
Model: I cover your ops + Revenue Share / Performance Bonuses.
Growth: You manage the farm; I fill it with clients. We scale to 100+ devices together.
