Pick a set country from a list box

Hi everyone quick question

I am making a email profile and one of the fields is country and its in a drop down list box, i wish to set the value at United Kingdom but not sure how to go about this can anyone help please.

simply find out what the value of the United Kingdom option is and set the value to it. You should be able to simply select it on record and it will input it into your template.
