Pick random proxy

Hi, I have template,
sometimes when I post it says: your ip is banned,
sometimes even proxies are banned, so question is:

in template, after message "your ip is banned" I want to change proxy to any other proxy from proxychecker and start template on same url, how can I do it?

Right click on text in browser - Check presence of text.
If found = use action Proxychecker - get proxy
And next one is Browser - Settings - Set proxy
