Prevent double posting with Images and text

Hi everybody, hope one of you guys can help me out.

I've made a template that selects a random image from a folder and uploads it and adds a random text from a file, i will make this template loop but how can i prevent that i upload same image or text twice? Is there a way to do that?

You can delete image after taken and also you can do that same with posts...
