Problem with zenno template makers

I want share some experience. I am somebody who works on start ups 15 years. Have 18 full time workers in office, 4 positive start ups, and + making templates for clients.
I know that is main for any developers clear specification and fast payouts.This is from my side.
But experience with zenno developers is some worst experience for life. One gone in middle of project, one finish project and not answer for update ... Yesterday, i send specification to one "big "member, he just commented:ah, again porn. No, this is celeb website, dude.And not get answer about dead line and price ....

I try via Upwork, but similar situation... I do not know what is problem, but zenno template makers have very unprofessional relationship, and this is big problem for us who need outsource and external workers .
I just thinging to make some zenno school in my town, to made some coworkers .

Hello. There is really lack of professionals who follow ISO:9001 in ZennoPoster template development :-) I guess you probably may create something like checklist and send it to candidate as part of Technical Task Specification or implemented within. It is possible to specify all of your requirements inside of it.

Problem is not with skills, this are super skills guys . Generally, zenno template makers have low responsibility, like child with super skills . But there is very professional guys, like @LightWood

I mean the same thing. ISO as not technical skills but as a part of the customer communications. Because the customer could be informed about possibly delay before the deadline break. In this way, the customer will be prepared and can use different ways to get the main task.
In fact there is no way to push the developer. And now creators of ZennoPoster are inventing such a way. For example, in the form of a templates shop, where the creators will act as arbitration judges. However, it is most likely not possible to avoid such situations in the case of freelancing and direct orders.

I think these are common problems for freelancers, not only for zenno template makers. They are not officially hired, no strict obligations for them.
That's why you can face deadlines violation, low quality of work, less responsibility, etc.

In fact, there is no way to push the developer.
I can not push and my full-time worker, he is not in prison. I can talk and deal about obligations. Freelancer is officially hired but on the single project, he has clear specification, I ask and he gives me the dead line ,price, % price in advance. Freelancer gets money on end of a project and full time get on the end of the month. But for sure, if you have developers in an office this is the new dimension.

But if we talking only about freelancers, percent of professional classic developers and zenno is different a lot.
