proxy type questions

hi , I search the web and found different proxy providers. and find that there are 3 different types:
1. normal proxys , the list can checked in the proxychecktools.
2.proxys are some fixed proxy but with different port, and the provide list as US, but the result in the zenno shows it is Germany. and the proxy providers proxy are just some fixed proxy server ip with different ports.
3.private proxys and using its own client software . you can fetch the proxy one by one, but you cant see the real proxy ip, and you can set up profile with each proxy you fetched and bind it to the 127.0.0.1: **** .
my problem is how to use the 2 and 3 type of proxy providers in the zenno.

You can set proxies with action Browser - Settings - Set proxy

Proxy either have only Ip and port:

123.123.123.123:4545

Or username and password:

username:bpassword@ip:yport

Also if it is socks4, socks5 proxy you should write protocol at the beginning, like socks5://ip:port

so this way you can only use one ip ,and if I wana loop some proxys , how to do it.
