Regenerating browser and Accept-Language

Hello,
I have a question about regenerating browser. Sometimes it regenerates to ru/jp/pl language. How can I change it to en ONLY?
Here is screenshot of what I mean: http://prntscr.com/m4eyrd
In this case I've got an russian version of webpage. I need only EN version of webpages. I cant see any option here - http://prntscr.com/m4ez8h - to set browser language to EN only...
