Regex question

Hello

I would like to extract the text http://www.lexpress.fr/actualite/sport/football/didier-deschamps-a-la-tete-des-bleus-ce-qu-il-faut-savoir_1135800.html .

but the fact is there is line break, and my regex don't find anything.

Actually i got this :

(?<=<guid\ isPermaLink="false">)[\w\W]*?(?=</guid>)

I would suggest you to do that with two regexes...

First:

<guid[\w\W]*</guid>
Set to variable.

Second:

http://.*

In this way you do not have blank lines in your variable (link).

you dont need to regex two times in order to avoid blank lines...all that can be done in single regex!

...this is XML data, and when you pull it from RSS or something, it wont be formated like this, but as single line, which means there will be no empty line in any case!
