regular expression in a txt file

I want to take always the same expression in a txt file when I do regular expression I'm left with an empty, why?

Instead of making a regular expression on a web page, I want to make a text file (example.txt)
I have no result

No matter:
Store some regular, regular expressions in a file,when need, take as variable;
OR
Replace local files rather than web pages;
Both no problems.
