Restart instance

I notice that restart instance can make problems, sometimes, and now some client send me, some error what show up very often on his bot:

He using version 5.11.3.0.

Restart instance, is this problematic option for 5.11.3.0 version, or this is some internal problem ?

Maybe you should just put pause after restart instance action, to avoid the problem.

I thought error goes after restarting...
Please attach diagnostic report and screenshot of program settings>Instance tab.
