Running the WebBrowserSettings - Error accessing Instance.ClearCookie

I started getting the following error message with ZP 7.5.0.0 in the past few day -

Running the WebBrowserSettings Error accessing Instance.ClearCookie

The project was running fine for the past couple months with no issue, however, this error message surfaced this week with no changes on my end. Any ideas?

It may happen because of lack of system resources.
Or when project executes too long and at some point of time instance can crash.
