Screen resolution and screen size

Well those are two different parameters.

Question is how to set them respectively ?

By now I set project.Profile.ScreenSizeWidth and height as screen resolution, but then what should I set in:

instance.SetWindowSize(?, ?);

They are not actually dependable...
The properties are set screen resolution for emulation.
SetWindowsSize sets size of instance windows.
