Setting the Max amount of threads

Hi!
I'm trying to activate 20 templates with 1 thread in each one of them, that would stop after 50 success results and stop after 20 consecutive errors.
I've set up in the settings of ZP that the max amount of threads would be 7, I restarted the program, yet when I re-open it and run all the templates at once, in the beggining it only activates 7 templates at a time like I wanted
but after a while it continues and runs all the templates at once..

Can someone help me with this?

Im not sure i understood your question.
Can you post a screen of your initial setup? And what happens to it that you dont expected.
