Sneaky replacement

Hi Guys!

just a quickie one...

There is a text, where I want to replace the second full stop (.) with a substring. How to achieve this?

any ideas?

I don't think it is possible with current actions

Might be able to use the "word processing" replace function, if you can get a regex pattern to pick up the 2nd fullstop (In the replace function you can select "regex").
