Text not entering

So i am trying to make an automation for email marketing. The problem i am facing is that the email writing section when i write any text it is not adding to my automation. I have tried many things, i tried to write the text by action properties, x path and even used Js and C# but the text is not entering when i start the automation. Please help me

It's hard to say without seeing exact page you have problems with.
Have you used an action designer to find the exact field you need?

Yes i have used action designer. You know when you send an email through gmail there are 3 sections. One asks for email, one for Subject and tha last is for the data you want to write. I am having trouble in the last part. I have used action designer and x path as well but my data is not being entered when i run the automation.
